CleanR Industry informs you that it is considered to be the controller regarding the processing of your personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you as clearly and comprehensibly as possible about your rights and how and why CleanR Industry uses your personal information, i.e. personal data. CleanR Industry explains that personal data is any information that can be used to identify a natural person.
CleanR Industry takes appropriate measures to ensure that your personal data is kept secure and to ensure that the processing of your personal data is in accordance with applicable data protection laws. CleanR Industry is committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining confidentiality in all processes under CleanR Industry’s control.
It is important to CleanR Industry to ensure transparency and accountability in the processing of your personal data and CleanR Industry has therefore set out below in this privacy policy the possible purposes and grounds for processing your personal data. This policy also lets you know what personal data CleanR Industry may collect about you and how CleanR Industry will use it. To whom is your personal data transferred?
Service providers and business partners
In order to provide our services, we may need to provide information and your personal data to our business partners, including other CleanR Industry Group companies. For example, to carry out service installation work or to send invoices.
We carefully check all service providers who process your personal data on your behalf and on your behalf. We assess whether our business partners (personal data processors) apply appropriate security measures to process your personal data in accordance with our terms of reference, instructions and regulatory requirements. CleanR Industry’s business partners and CleanR Industry group companies (as data processor) will ensure that the processing and protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with CleanR Industry’s requirements and legislation and will not use personal data for any purpose other than to fulfil the obligations of the contract entered into with the Customer on behalf of CleanR Industry.

We also use postal or courier service providers in certain cases (e.g. for sending out communications to customers about changes to the content of a contract or a price list), who are independent controllers.
Law enforcement authorities, national and local authorities
In order to comply with our legal obligations, we may transfer your personal data to law enforcement authorities (such as the police) and to national and local authorities at their request. We may also transfer your personal data to law enforcement authorities (e.g. courts) and to national and local authorities for the purpose of defending our legal interests by drafting, submitting and defending legal claims.
In which countries is your personal data processed?
CleanR Industry processes personal data within the European Economic Area as far as possible. In the event of a transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area, CleanR Industry will ensure that the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation for the processing of personal data and the level of protection equivalent to that of the General Data Protection Regulation are met.
From what sources does CleanR Industry obtain personal data?
You as the data subject
CleanR Industry obtains your personal data directly from you as the data subject, for example:
– receiving and handling enquiries, proposals, applications and complaints.
Generated as a result of the process
– Personal data is created in the course of an activity;
– visiting CleanR Industry’s premises (video surveillance);
– cookies.
Received from business partners
– We may receive your personal data from business partners.
Public and private registers
– CleanR Industry may obtain data from public registers and databases, such as Land Registry, Lursoft, in certain cases.
How long is your personal data stored?
Personal data is stored until:
– the fulfilment of an obligation imposed by a legal regulation (e.g. accounting requirements);
– if the processing is based on consent, the personal data is processed for as long as the consent given is valid and has not been withdrawn;
– for the purpose of achieving the stated purpose of the processing.
Video surveillance recordings are kept for a maximum of 3 months, call recordings are kept for a maximum of 1 year after which they are permanently deleted. Recordings shall be deleted automatically in chronological order from the moment of recording.
Individual recordings may be retained for longer periods of time if this is necessary for certain purposes, such as the investigation of incidents and offences. Contracts shall be kept for 10 years from the date of termination of the contractual relationship.
Once this period has expired, CleanR Industry will securely delete your personal data or make it inaccessible (archiving) or non-identifiable so that it can no longer be linked to you. Longer retention periods are permitted in exceptional circumstances, for example to protect CleanR Industry’s legitimate interests in the event of legal proceedings.
How does CleanR Industry protect your personal data?
CleanR Industry provides, continuously reviews and improves safeguards to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, disclosure or destruction. To this end, CleanR Industry applies state-of-the-art technology, technical and organisational requirements, including the use of firewalls, anti-virus programs, encryption.
However, CleanR Industry recommends that you comply with the general security rules for the use of devices and the Internet, as well as the requirements for the protection and storage of your private data (in particular your identity documents). CleanR Industry is not liable for unauthorised access to and/or loss of your personal data if this is due to your fault or negligence. In the event of a security incident of your personal data, if it poses a potentially high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you immediately, if possible, or the information will be made public on our website or in any other feasible way.
Your rights
The data protection legislation gives you a number of rights to influence the processing of your personal data. Most of the customer’s information is already posted on the self-service portal manai.videi.lv in the “My Profile” section, where the customer can verify the accuracy of his/her data.
To exercise this right, please submit a written request to CleanR Industry:
Upon receipt of the application, CleanR Industry will identify you, i.e. verify that you are the person you claim to be, and provide you with a reply within one month. If necessary, this period may be extended by a further two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests. CleanR Industry will inform you of any such extension and the reasons for the delay within one month of receipt of the request.
During the communication (incoming calls, emails) CleanR Industry verifies the identity of the customer according to the following criteria:
– Access to personal data
You have the right to request confirmation from CleanR Industry whether it processes your personal data and, in such cases, to request a copy of the personal data processed. CleanR Industry provides this information free of charge. Where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular due to their regular repetition, CleanR Industry may either:
– Rectification of personal data
If you believe that information about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to ask CleanR Industry to correct it.
– Withdrawal of consent
Insofar as CleanR Industry processes your personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. In this case, CleanR Industry will stop processing your personal data for the purpose for which you provided your consent. Please note that withdrawal of consent will not entitle you to challenge the lawfulness of the processing carried out by CleanR Industry prior to the withdrawal of consent.
– Erasure
Under certain circumstances, you have the right to ask CleanR Industry to erase your personal data. However, please note that erasure is not possible in cases where the processing of the data is based on a legal regulation. Once the data is no longer necessary for the performance of the specified functions, CleanR Industry will delete, archive or make it inaccessible/unidentifiable in some other way.
– Restriction of processing and objection to processing
Under certain circumstances, you have the right to ask CleanR Industry to restrict the processing of your personal data. However, please note that restriction of processing is not possible in cases where the processing of the data results from a legal regulation.
– Automated individual decision-making, including profiling
The data subject has the right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her. This shall not apply where the decision is necessary for entering into, or performance of, a contract between the data subject and a controller, is permitted by law or is based on the data subject’s explicit consent.
‘profiling’ means any form of automated processing of personal data which consists in the use of personal data for the purpose of evaluating certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects concerning that natural person’s performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements.
– Data portability
Under certain circumstances, you have the right to receive or transfer your personal data to another data controller. This right includes only data that you have provided to CleanR Industry based on your consent or contract.
– Right to apply to the courts or the Data State Inspectorate
We value your privacy and encourage you to contact CleanR Industry with any questions or concerns, however, if you believe that your personal data is being processed in an inappropriate manner, you have the right to take legal action before the courts or the Data State Inspectorate.
